Not All Lemon Oils Are Created Equal
Most guitar "lemon oils" — including well-known brands — are simply white mineral oil (petroleum-derived) with lemon fragrance added. They coat the wood, but offer no real nourishment.

What It Does For Your Fingerboard
- Restores & nourishes — deeply conditions timber rather than just sealing it
- Natural UV barrier — Vitamin E protects against sun discolouration
- Removes staining — naturally high in oxalic acid, effective on water and metal stains
- Prevents over-humidification — fatty acids (linoleic, palmitic, oleic) seal wood from excess moisture, reducing fret pop
- Removes grime from lacquer — restores natural finish (test in inconspicuous area first)

The Technical Detail
• Cold-pressed raw oils — zero petrol used in extraction, formulating a completely petrol-free product.
• Naturally high in vitamins — Vitamin E forms a natural barrier to UV discolouration.
• Naturally high in Oxalic Acid — a natural stain remover used by woodworkers, particularly effective on water and metal staining.
• Naturally high in fatty acids (linoleic, palmitic, oleic) — help repel moisture, preventing over-humidification and fret pop.
• Completely solvent-free — zero solvents in production or raw materials. Fully biodegradable, non-toxic, environmentally friendly.
