Artist Information

Green Room & Storage

We will provide green room facilities which is situated in the main farm house area. This is an on-site studio. You can use this room to prepare for your show and also store your gear if you are staying with us.

If you require further storage for large items please get in touch before attending as this we will prepare another space for this.

Security

We have security booked for the event to patrol the site overnight.

The gates will close at a relevant time to make sure attendees stay on site and no one enters the site unauthorised.

If you have any questions about security please ge tin touch with one of the co-ordinators above.

Guest Tickets

As this is our first event we are not able to supply a lot of special guest tickets.

Our license is limited and the ticket sales goes towards paying our beloved artists so we're hoping to get as close to a sell out event as possible.

Backline (Main Stage)

We will provide some backline including:

- Mapex Drum Kit
- Bass Amp (1200 watt peavey amp with a 2x12 inch Ashdown cab)
- DI Boxes
- Vocal Mics (Seinhiesser & Shure)
- Mesa Boogie Head & 4x12 Hughs & Ketner Cab

We will be running a digital desk with effects and a full 15k pa. (It's going to sound great!)

Backline (Second Stage)

We will be running a smaller backline for the second stage as most artists booked are duos. Our second stage backline will include:

- Drum Kit
- Vocal Mics (Warfdale)
- DI Boxes

We will also have a small amount of instruments for the open jam sessions.

Artist Drop Off Parking

Artists can come into the main entry gate to drop off any gear required. We can offer up to 1 hour parking slots.

This car park is a hardcore surface and right by the entry gate to the main area.

You can unload and then we require you to collect your wristbands and put any vehicles into the main public car park.

Crew Information

Box Office

Shelly will have a box office on the main gate entry to the festival site.

This is where wristbands will be issued.

Please make sure you check in upon arrival and receive your wristband.

Crew Shift & Safety Information

All crew will have a head person to report too which will be an event radio holder.

Please make sure you check in at the box office to find the shift rota and report to your head person before starting your shift.

If you have any issues during your shift these must be reported to your relevant or any radio holder.

Whilst on shift all crew MUST wear high visibility jackets which will be provided for you at the box office.

Ticket Purchase (On The Gate)

If an attendee would like tp purchase a ticket on the gate the stewards at the parking site will provide them with a temporary event pass.

This pass will gain them entry to the main site box office where they can purchase their main ticket and get a wristband.

Anyone on the main site with one of these passes will be escorted to the box office too purchase a ticket. If they refuse they will be escorted off site.
